The induction hob Kernau KIH 7431-2B has the surface made of black coating called Black Undercoat which reduces the transparency of glass. Thanks to that the construction elements of the hob are not visible with the naked eye. The surface of the control panel is made of AntiTouch coating which prevents leaving fingerprints on its surface. The induction hob 230 V comes equipped with the comfortable Slider control which ensures direct access to all 11 power levels and the Booster function for two cooking zones. Each cooking zone has Timer and residual heat indicator. Thanks to the Bridge function the user can connect 2 cooking zones into one large cooking zone. The Auto-Power function automatically adjusts the size of the cooking zone to the diameter of the pot or pan. This contributes to the reduction of energy consumption. The Stop&Go function enables you to interrupt your cooking and go back to your previous settings as soon as you want to continue the cooking process. Thanks to the KeepWarm function the induction hob maintains the preset temperature of the prepared meal. The food will neither burn nor boil over. This induction hob comes equipped with the Auto-Stop protection system which protects the appliance from damages caused by overheating and the Child Lock function which prevents the children from changing the settings or turning on the appliance.
