The touch controlled induction hob Kernau KIH 3211-1B is 31 CM wide and is equipped with 2 cooking zones. Each cooking zone has 10 power levels. The control panel is covered with ANTI TOUCH coating which prevents its surface from unsightly fingerprints. The black coating BLACK UNDERCOAT reduces the transparency of glass. The surface of the induction hob is uniformly black and the construction elements remain invisible with naked eye. Both cooking zones are equipped with the residual heat indicator which informs that the specific cooking zones is still hot from cooking. The heat indicator will display a visible “H” at the specific cooking zone to warn you if the hob has not cooled down enough. One cooking zone is equipped with the Booster function which makes the cooking process even faster. This induction hob comes equipped with the AUTO-STOP protection system which protects the appliance from damages caused by accidental turning on, boiling over of food on control panel, overheating or when the appliance has been turned off for a period of time. Of great importance for families with little children is the Child Lock protection system which prevents children from changing the settings or turning on the appliance.
